The best source for learning how to take care of something is usually found in the manufacturer's instructions or manual. Did uou know our creator has giving us all the tools and information we need for our health? That's right, there are insturctions on how to live healthy in the Bible and it is supported by God's second book -- Nature!

What diet does the Bible recommend?
"Then God said, 'I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food." Genesis 1:29 NIV. More about diet here...
Does the Bible say much about lifestyle?
Hard working and an active life are important. "Love not sleep, lest thou come to poverty; open thine eyes, [and] thou shalt be satisfied with bread." Proverbs 20:13, KJV. More on lifestyle here...
God desires we are in good health.

Water, Fresh Air & Sunshine!
"Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's." 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, NKJV. "It is because you must do everything for the glory of God, even your eating and drinking." I Corinthians 10:31, TLB.
What about mental wellness?

Diet isn't everything!
"But don't be so concerned about perishable things like food. Spend your energy seeking the eternal life that the Son of Man can give you. For God the Father has given me the seal of his approval." John 6:27, NLT. See FAQ here...
Thankfulness and prayer are critical.
"Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything; tell God your needs, and don't forget to thank Him for his answers. If you do this, you will experience God's peace, which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand. Rest is also important.
